The new intelligent Ethernet digital I/O module MSX-E1516 from ADDI-DATA is used to acquire and process I/O signals directly close to the test item in a harsh, industrial environment. Thanks to the degree of protection IP 65, the extended temperature range and the protective circuitries you can save the costs of expensive switching cabinets. The Ethernet digital I/O module can be connected to a PLC directly via the Ethernet switch and can be cascaded and synchronized with other modules in the MSX-E series (including length measurement, analog I/O signals, incremental counters and sensors). Dual LEDs specify the direction and status of all 24 V lines. M12 screw-in connectors were preferred to normal connectors to simplify wiring and reduce installation times.
