The intelligent digital Ethernet I/O system offers16 digital inputs and outputs, 24 V.

Several systems can be cascaded via the two-port Ethernet switch to avoid the separate connection of each system to the computer. The externel trigger signal (hardware trigger) can also be synchronouslyised from one system to the next one. Furthermore, the I/O systems can be synchronised. Thanks to the combination of trigger signal synchronisation and cascading, data from several systens can be acquired simultaneously.
