Cela permet de lancer une acquisition de donn\u00e9es synchrone, de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de d\u00e9clenchement et de synchroniser l'heure sur plusieurs syst\u00e8mes MSX-E. De plus, les syst\u00e8mes ont un horodatage qui enregistre le moment o\u00f9 les donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquises par le syst\u00e8me. En outre, les syst\u00e8mes disposent d'un horodateur qui enregistre le moment o\u00f9 les donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquises par le syst\u00e8me. La combinaison de la synchronisation et de l'horodatage (TS) permet l'attribution claire des signaux qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 captur\u00e9s par plusieurs syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 26px; color: #003f81;\">Programmation embarqu\u00e9e \/ fonctionnement autonome<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 16px; color: #003f81;\">Mode d\u00e9veloppement<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 16px;\">En mode Auto refresh, les valeurs de mesure sont actualis\u00e9es automatiquement apr\u00e8s chaque acquisition. L\u2019acquisition est initialis\u00e9e une fois et les valeurs des canaux sont enregistr\u00e9es dans la m\u00e9moire du syst\u00e8me MSX-E. Le client (par ex. PC, serveur, automate, etc.) lit les donn\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re asynchrone \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition par une connexion socket, SOAP ou fonction Modbus. La valeur lue est la valeur actuelle, les valeurs plus anciennes sont \u00e9cras\u00e9es. En plus des donn\u00e9es de mesure, le compteur Auto-Refresh peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre lu, ce qui permet de classer les valeurs chronologiquement. Le mode Auto refresh peut \u00eatre combin\u00e9 avec le d\u00e9clenchement mat\u00e9riel ou synchro et autorise de surcro\u00eet le calcul automatique de moyennes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 16px; color: #003f81;\">Flexibilit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'adaptation du firmware et du logiciel<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 16px;\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la flexibilit\u00e9 de la gamme de produits MSX-E, le syst\u00e8me MSX-E7511 peut \u00eatre facilement \u00e9tendu via un micrologiciel, par exemple pour installer des protocoles suppl\u00e9mentaires sur les interfaces s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 16px; color: #003f81;\">Domaines d\u2019application<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 16px;\">Le syst\u00e8me Ethernet MSX-E7511 dispose de 4 interpr\u00e9teurs de protocole.\nCeux-ci correspondent, selon la version, aux interfaces standard RS232,\nRS422, RS485 et TTY (boucle de courant 20 mA).\nL\u2019adaptation du firmware ou une application Development Mode offrent\nainsi des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019application illimit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 16px; color: #003f81;\">Collecteur de donn\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 16px;\">Sur la base de l\u2019interface de liaison RS485 il est, en autres, possible d\u2019impl\u00e9menter\nle protocole Modbus RTU. Le syst\u00e8me peut alors communiquer\npar le biais de la liaison Modbus RTU avec des capteurs de temp\u00e9rature\ndisposants d\u2019une telle interface par exemple.\nLe syst\u00e8me peut lire les donn\u00e9es des capteurs, effectuer des op\u00e9rations math\u00e9matiques\nfiltrer les donn\u00e9es. Ensuite, il peut les transmettre par la liaison\nEthernet, vers une base de donn\u00e9es ou les envoyer vers d\u2019autres appareils\nen utilisant un autre protocole Ethernet, tel que Modbus TCP. Le MSX-E7511\nagit ainsi comme une passerelle intelligent multi-protocoles capable d\u2019interpr\u00e9ter\net de convertir des donn\u00e9es d\u2019un protocole \u00e0 l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 16px; color: #003f81;\">Calculs embarqu\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 16px;\" class=\"translation-block\">Le syst\u00e8me peut \u00eatre programm\u00e9 librement et il permet ainsi de combiner\nplusieurs interfaces.<br><br>\nExemple :\nDes capteurs radar affichent la position d\u2019un objet. Les capteurs transmettent\nla distance par RS422. En tout 3 capteurs sont utilis\u00e9s :<br>\nCapteur 1 sert de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et v\u00e9rifie la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un objet<br>\nCapteur 2 et 3 d\u00e9terminent la position\nLe syst\u00e8me MSX-E7511 lit et interpr\u00e8te les valeurs de chaque interface.<br><br>\nD\u2019un calcul des valeurs des capteurs 2 et 3 d\u00e9coule la position de l\u2019objet\n(p. ex. comme valeur x\/y). Le troisi\u00e8me capteur (Capteur 1) permet de\nqualifier\nle r\u00e9sultat.\nLe syst\u00e8me MSX-E7511 transmet la valeur de la position au client respectif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 16px; color: #003f81;\">Entit\u00e9 autonome<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 16px;\" class=\"translation-block\">Combin\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u2019autres syst\u00e8mes de la s\u00e9rie MSX-E, le MSX-E7511 peut aussi\n\u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme entit\u00e9 autonome.<br><br>\nExemple :\nDes articles sont acquis par un scanner (RS232). Le syst\u00e8me MSX-E7511\nexploite le code bar et envoie les commandes respectives pour le traitement\ndes articles \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me E\/S num\u00e9riques MSX-E1516 (Handling) et \u00e0 une\nimprimante (Marquage).\nUn automate ou un PC suppl\u00e9mentaire ne sont pas n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 26px; color: #003f81;\">ConfigTools<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Futura; font-size: 16px;\" class=\"translation-block\">Le programme ConfigTools permet de g\u00e9rer simplement les syst\u00e8mes\nMSX-\nE. Ceux-ci sont automatiquement identifi\u00e9s sur le r\u00e9seau.\nConfigTools\nest compos\u00e9 de fonctions communes \u00e0 tous les MSX-E et de\nfonctions sp\u00e9cifiques.\nAvec ConfigTools il est \u00e9galement possible d\u2019enregistrer la configuration\ncomplette d\u2019un syst\u00e8me MSX-E et de la transf\u00e9rer sur un autre syst\u00e8me du\nm\u00eame type (fonction Clone).
