ABS-Prüfstand

Aufgabe

Ein Prüfstand zum Testen von ABS-Einrichtungen wird aufgebaut. Um die Funktionstüchtigkeit des Steuergeräts zu überprüfen wird ein Bremsvorgang simuliert. Wichtig hierbei ist u.a. herauszufinden, welche Kraft bei welchem Pedalweg erreicht wird. Die erfassten Daten sollen mit Sollwerten abgeglichen werden.

Lösung

Eine einfache Weg-Regelung (Pedalweg) ist für diese Aufgabe nicht ausreichend: Anfänglich ist der Pedalweg lang, in der Endphase steigt der ausgeübte Druck sehr stark. Referenzwerte für das Verhältnis Weg-Kraft werden vorab definiert. Um konsistente Kraft/Weg-Daten ermitteln zu können wird die Messung von Weg und Kraft gleichzeitig gestartet. Dafür triggert die intelligente PCI-Achsensteuerungskarte APCI-8008 die PCI-Druckmesskarte APCI-3300 und liest deren Werte mittels ihrer Bus-Master-Fähigkeit direkt über den PCI-Bus aus. Dadurch entlastet die APCI-8008 die CPU des Rechners. Liegen die Messwerte außerhalb der Toleranzwerte werden die gemessenen Teile zur Nacharbeit aussortiert.
