Aufgabe

Ein Flugzeughersteller möchte Flugversuche durchführen. Während des Fluges sollen folgende Werte hochgenau (µs) in verschiedenen Zeitabständen anhand von Sensoren gemessen und mit einem GPS synchronisiert werden: Ultraschall, Druck, Inkrementalgeber, Drehzahl der Motoren, Beschleunigung. Die Messwerte sollen anschließend tabellarisch in einer Textdatei abgespeichert werden.

Lösung

Für diese Applikation wurde das echtzeitfähige System MSX-Box mit PCI-Backplane ausgewählt. Für die Ultraschall- und Druckmessungsdaten wird die analoge E/A-Karte APCI-3120 und für die Erfassung von Motorumdrehung und Inkrementalgeber die Multifunktionszählerkarte APCI-1710 verwendet. Über die CAN-Schnittstelle der MSX-Box werden verschiedene Beschleunigungssensoren angebunden und die Systemzeit mit der GPS-Zeit synchronisiert. Letzteres ermöglicht es der MSX-Box, die erfassten Werte mit den Koordinaten abzugleichen. Zur Auswertung werden die Messwerte auf einen USB-Stick gespeichert.
