APCI-1500-12V - DAQ PCI-Karte - Digitale Eingänge/Ausgänge

Die PCI 32 digitale E/A-Karte APCI-1500-12V ist als 24 V- und 12 V-Version erhältlich. Sie hat 16 digitale Eingänge, die gefiltert sind und davon sind 14 interruptfähig. Die 16 Ausgänge haben einen Ausgangsstrom pro Kanal von 500 mA und sind auf „0“ bei Power-On. Ein Watchdog kann die Ausgänge auf „0“ setzen und die Ausgängen werden auch ausgeschaltet wenn die Versorgungsspannung unter 5 V absinkt. Die Ausgänge sind gegen Übertemperatur und Überspannung geschützt. Die Karte ist mit einer galvanischen Trennung bis 1000 V ausgerüstet. Sie ist speziell für Applikationen wie E/A-Steuerung, Ein-/Aus-Überwachung von Motoren, Lampen, etc. in rauer Industrie-Umgebung ausgelegt.

  • Steckerkompatibel zur digitalen E/A-Karte PA 1500 für den ISA-Bus. Stecker- und softwarekompatibel zur CPCI-1500 für den CompactPCI-Bus und APCIe-1532 für den PCI-Express-Bus
  • Überwachungsprogramm zum Testen und Einstellen der Kartenfunktionen

  • 16 optoisolierte Eingänge, 12 V, davon 14 interruptfähige Eingänge
  • Verpolungsschutz
  • Alle Eingänge sind gefiltert

Ausgänge

  • 16 optoisolierte digitale Ausgänge, 10 V bis 36 V
  • Ausgangsstrom pro Kanal 500 mA
  • Timer als Watchdog programmierbarer zur Rücksetzung der Ausgänge auf „0“
  • Diagnose-Rückmeldung durch Statusregister bei Kurz schluss, Übertemperatur, Spannungsabfall oder Watchdog
  • Interrupt ausgelöst durch Watchdog, Timer, Fehler
  • Bei Power-On, Rücksetzung der Ausgänge auf „0“
  • Kurzschlussstrom für 16 Ausgänge ~ 3 A typ.
  • Kurzschlussstrom pro Ausgang ~1,5 A typ.
  • Selbstrückstellende Sicherung (elektronische Sicherung)
  • Übertemperatur- und Überspannungsschutz
  • 24 V Leistungsausgänge mit Schutzdioden und Filter
  • Ausgangskondensatoren gegen EM-Abstrahlungen
  • Externe 24 V Spannungseinspeisung entstört und gefiltert
  • Shut-Down Logik, wenn die externe Versorgungsspannung unter 5 V absinkt
