Prüfung der Oberfläche

Aufgabe

Ein Autoteilehersteller möchte die Oberfläche seiner produzierten Bremsscheiben möglichst exakt auf Rundlauf, Radius und Oberflächenqualität prüfen. Um genaue Nacharbeiten oder Korrekturen in den Prozessparametern zu ermöglichen, muss die Messeinrichtung konsistente Daten bzgl. Position und Messwert an die Steuerung übermitteln können.

Lösung

Für diese Applikation werden zwei intelligente Ethernet-Systeme eingesetzt: das Zählersystem MSX-E1701 für die Erfassung der Position und das Längenmesssystem MSX-E3701 zur Ermittlung der Messwerte über die angeschlossenen Längenmesstaster. Für jeden Messpunkt triggert das System MSX-E1701 das System MSX-E3701 winkelabhängig. Um Position und Messwert bei jedem Messpunkt eindeutig zuzuordnen sind beide Systeme miteinander synchronisiert und verfügen über einen Zeitstempel. Die erfassten Daten werden anschließend über die Ethernet-Leitung zur Auswertung und Steuerung an einen PC bzw. eine SPS weitergeleitet. Nicht eingehaltene Toleranzen werden via Ethernet an die vorgelagerte Maschine weitergeleitet, um Prozessparameter anzupassen bzw. um Korrekturen an der gemessene Bremsscheibe vorzunehmen.
