As the Engineering Team Manager – Hardware & Firmware, you will lead the team responsible for developing and maintaining ADDI-DATA’s electronic and embedded products, from concept through production release. You will structure the team, strengthen engineering practices, and ensure reliable delivery of new features and products.
Your mission include:
- Lead, organise, and grow the Hardware & Firmware engineering team.
- Build and maintain a realistic quarterly roadmap aligned with Product, QA, Production, and Service.

Your mission is to ensure seamless interfacing between acquisition hardware and host systems while driving performance, robustness, and reliability.
