APCIe-1564-5V-HS - DAQ PCIe-Karte - Digitale Eingänge/Ausgänge

Die PCI-Express 64 Digital-I/O-Karte 5V APCIe-1564-5V-HS verfügt über 64 digitale Ein-/Ausgänge, 5 V. mit High-Side-Ausgängen. Die Karte eignet sich besonders für Anwendungen wie Signalschaltung, EIN/AUS-Überwachung von Motoren, Leuchten etc., als Schnittstelle zu elektromechanischen Relais, für automatisierte Prüfgeräte oder als Schnittstelle zu Maschinen in rauer Industrieumgebung.

Technische Merkmale

Eingänge :

  • 32 optoisolierte Eingänge 5 V inkl. 16 interruptfähige Eingänge
  • Die Kanäle 0-2 können als 32-Bit-Zählereingänge verwendet werden (bis zu 500 kHz)
  • Verpolungsschutz
  • Alle Eingänge sind gefiltert

Ausgänge :

  • 32 optisch isolierte Ausgänge, 5 V High-Side Ausgänge
  • Ausgangsstrom pro Kanal 50 mA
  • Summenstrom: 3 A typ. (abgesichert über Kaltleiter)
  • Watchdog zur Rücksetzung der Ausgänge auf "0"
  • Bei Power-On, Rücksetzung der Ausgänge auf “0”
  • Strombegrenzung: ~ 1,5 A pro 8 Kanäle (über PTC)
  • Kurzschlussstrom pro Ausgang ~ 1,5 A typ.
  • Selbstrückstellende Sicherung (elektronische Sicherung)
  • Übertemperatur- und Überspannungsschutz
  • Externe 24 V Spannungseinspeisung entstört und gefiltert

Timer / Zähler

  • 2 Timer (12-Bit), davon 1 als Watchdog nutzbar
  • 3 Zähler (32-Bit)

  • Galvanische Trennung 1000 V
  • Kriechstrecke IEC 61010-1
  • Getrennte Masseleitung für Eingänge und Ausgänge
  • Schutz gegen schnelle Transienten (Burst), Überspannung, elektrostatische Entladung und hochfrequente Störeinstrahlung
