PA-2000 - DAQ-Karte - Digitale Ausgänge

Die PA-2000 32 digital output ISA card has 32 digital outputs, 24 V, 3 timers and 1 watchdog. The card has galvanic isolation and is protected against fast transient effects (burst), electrostatic discharge and high frequency interference. It is used as an interface to machines or electromagnetic relays, for status monitoring (on/off) of motors, lamps etc. in a severe industrial environment and has numerous safety devices to do so.

32 digitale Ausgänge, 24 V, optoisoliert

  • Ausgangsstrom: 500 mA
  • Spannungsbereich: 10 bis 36 V
  • Diagnose-Rückmeldung, lesbar über Statusregister bei Kurzschluss, Übertemperatur, Spannungsabfall oder Watchdog
  • 3 x 16-Bit Timer (82C54): Timer als programmierbarer Watchdog zur Rücksetzung der Ausgänge auf „0“
    - Funktionsfreigabe über Software
    - Steuerung von zwei Ausgängen, zur Generierung von externen Rechtecksignalen
  • Interrupt ausgelöst durch Fehler an den Ausgängen oder Timer2
  • Adressierung über DIP-Schalter
  • Zugriff auf 16-Bit oder 8-Bit Datenbus
  • Bei Power-On, Rücksetzen der Ausgänge auf „0“

  • Galvanische Trennung 1000 V
  • Kriechstrecke DIN EN IEC 61010-1 (MX-Module)
  • Schutz gegen schnelle Transienten (Burst), Überspannung, elektrostatische Entladung und hochfrequente Störeinstrahlung
  • Maximaler Ausgangsstrom für 32 Ausgänge 6 A typ. (2 x 3 A)
  • Selbstrückstellende Sicherung (elektronische Sicherung)
  • Kurzschlussstrom über Ausgang 1,5 A typ.
  • Ausgangskondensatoren gegen EM-Abstrahlungen
  • Schnelle Entmagnetisierung bei induktiven Lasten
  • Externe 24 V Spannungseinspeisung über Schutzschaltung entstört und gefiltert

EMC-geprüft nach 89/336/EWG (CE-Zertifizierung)

  • EMV-geprüft nach 89/336/EWG: IEC 61326: Elektrische Mess-, Steuer-, Regel- und Laborgeräte
