Mesure du diamètre d’engrenages

Missions

Un banc de test manuel pour la mesure de diamètre d’engrenages doit être remplacé par un dispositif de mesure moderne et simple. Le but est d’accroître la précision de la mesure et d’éviter les erreurs survenant lors des saisies manuelles des valeurs mesurées.

Solution

Le dispositif mesure le diamètre entre les dents. Pour ce faire, un engrenage est posé sur la table de mesure, avec une bille comme butoir. À l’opposé se trouve un capteur. Le diamètre est mesuré entre la bille fixée et le capteur via le système Ethernet de mesure de longueur MSX-E3701. Les valeurs mesurées sont ensuite calculées par une logique intégrée et affectées à l’une des 4 catégories (plage de tolérance) prédéfinies. Le résultat de la mesure est transmis au système Ethernet à E/S numériques MSX-E1516. Celui-ci est connecté à un dispositif composé de quatre LEDs correspondant chacune à une des catégories. Le système MSX-E1516 génère un signal pour l’une des LEDs selon la valeur mesurée.
