Vos missions

As the Engineering Team Manager – Hardware & Firmware, you will lead the team responsible for developing and maintaining ADDI-DATA’s electronic and embedded products, from concept through production release. You will structure the team, strengthen engineering practices, and ensure reliable delivery of new features and products.

Your mission include:

  • Lead, organise, and grow the Hardware & Firmware engineering team.
  • Build and maintain a realistic quarterly roadmap aligned with Product, QA, Production, and Service.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers across all seniority levels.
  • Oversee product development from concept to production: schematics, PCB layout, firmware, drivers, testing and validation.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and delivery of all engineering outputs (EMC, safety, industrial robustness).
  • Manage sustaining activities: bug fixes, redesigns, obsolescence, customer issues.
  • Run engineering processes: design reviews, code/firmware reviews, simulations, prototyping, V&V.
  • Guarantee traceability from requirements → Jira → implementation → tests → release.
  • Enforce disciplined workflows (daily commits, Jira updates, documentation, versioning).
  • Drive engineering standards and define methods, test protocols, and documentation rules.
  • Track KPIs and improve productivity, quality, and team efficiency.
  • Identify risks early and provide mitigation plans; prevent shortcuts or uncontrolled releases.
  • Support cross-functional teams (Production, Sales, Service, Supply Chain) as internal customers.
  • Provide technical support for presentations, demos, and customer escalations.
  • Promote innovation (advanced DAQ, edge computing, AI-driven methods) and maintain technical expertise.

Vos missions

As a Embedded Software Engineer, you will take ownership of the design, development, and continuous improvement of our real-time drivers and FPGA logic. Your mission is to ensure seamless interfacing between acquisition hardware and host systems while driving performance, robustness, and reliability.

You will:

  • Develop and maintain real-time drivers in C/C++ to connect acquisition hardware with host systems.
  • Integrate software and hardware architectures (FPGA, microcontrollers, acquisition boards) to deliver complete solutions.
  • Build low-level configuration and visualization tools to support testing, debugging, and driver diagnostics.
  • Optimize real-time performance with strict adherence to latency, determinism, and robustness constraints.
  • Develop test and validation tools to ensure the reliability of drivers and the entire acquisition chain.
