Mesure dimensionnelle de tricots orthopédiques

Notre client est l’un des leaders français dans le domaine de la fabrication industrielle de textiles orthopédiques. Le contrôle de la qualité des tricots orthopédiques est essentiel pour garantir la qualité du produit final. Cependant, notre client a identifié que lorsqu'elles sont effectuées par un opérateur, certaines étapes de contrôle qualité présentent plusieurs inconvénients :

  • Ces tâches sont généralement peu gratifiantes et génèrent de la fatigue oculaire chez les opérateurs.
  • La reproductibilité de la mesure est complexe à garantir.
  • Cette mesure dimensionnelle constitue dans un goulot d'étranglement au sein du processus de fabrication. Le temps de cycle de cette étape manuelle est compris entre 20 et 30 secondes.

Pour répondre aux exigences du client, ADDI-DATA a dû relever plusieurs défis techniques, en particulier pour assurer la reproductibilité du processus quelle que soit la position, l'orientation et les plis du tricot. De plus, pour accélérer le processus de contrôle qualité, il a fallu imaginer une solution parfaitement intégrée au processus actuel, qui permette de réaliser la mesure dimensionnelle d’un tricot en quelques secondes.

Déterminer les points de mesure indépendamment de la taille et de la position du tricot

Un réseau de neurones a été entraîné afin de déterminer de manière automatique les différents points de mesure pour chaque référence de tricot, quelle que soit son orientation.

Prendre en considération les plis le long du tricot lors de la mesure dimensionnelle

ADDI-DATA a développé une méthode de mesure de distance géodésique le long de la surface du tricot . Cette méthode, basée sur l’utilisation de plusieurs caméras 3D, garantit la reconstruction complète du nuage de points.

La solution mise en place chez notre client s’articule selon le processus suivant :

  • Au sein de la zone de chargement, l’opérateur fixe le lot de tricots orthopédiques à mesurer sur un convoyeur aérien
  • Chaque tricot est individuellement convoyé jusqu'à la zone de contrôle
  • La mesure dimensionnelle est alors déclenchée. 5 secondes par tricot sont nécessaires
  • Selon le résultat de la mesure, le tricot est ensuite acheminé vers la zone de déchargement correspondante (OK ou NOK)
  • Lorsque le lot entier a été contrôlé, un signal sonore et visuel est émis à l’attention de l’opérateur, tandis que l’ensemble des résultats sont affichés sur un tableau de bord et transmis au système de management de la qualité

  • Un convoyeur aérien pour l’automatisation du processus de mesure et de tri des tricots OK et NOK
  • Un interrupteur industriel permettant de démarrer le processus de contrôle d’un lot de tricots
