Surveillance de l’évolution de la température d’un four de fabrication d’acier

L’évolution de la température joue un rôle très important dans la fabrication d’acier et doit de ce fait être mesurée et surveillée. Dans cette optique, la précision et la mesure en temps réel sont déterminantes, afin de contrôler le plus exactement possible les processus de réchauffage et de refroidissement. On recherche dans ce cas un système de mesure capable de mesurer et calculer en temps réel et qui met à disposition les données à l’automate pour le contrôle.

Solution

La température de la fusion est mesurée sans contact à l’aide d’un pyromètre spectral. Grâce à un système PAC MSX-Box, les valeurs mesurées sont calculées en temps réel et le processus est réajusté juste à temps à l’aide d’un automate programmable. Pour le traitement et la visualisation des données, celles-ci sont directement mises à disposition graphiquement dans la MSX-Box et représentées via un Web-Front-End. Le paramétrage de la surveillance s’effectue également via le Web-Front-End. La MSX-Box est connectée à un automate programmable, qui contrôle tout le processus de fabrication, via l’interface Profibus.
