Données consistantes pour la reprise précise des freins à disque et la rectification des paramètres du processus

Un équipementier automobile a pour objectif de contrôler de manière très précise la circularité, le rayon et la qualité de la surface des freins à disque produits. Le dispositif de mesure doit livrer des données consistantes et transmettre la position et la valeur mesurée au système de contrôle afin de pouvoir reprendre les pièces ou de rectifier les paramètres du processus.

Solution

Deux systèmes Ethernet intelligents sont utilisés pour réaliser cette application : le système de comptage MSX-E1701 pour l’acquisition de la position et le système de mesure de longueur MSX-E3701 pour l’acquisition des données des capteurs inductifs. Pour chaque point de mesure, le système MSX-E1701 envoie un signal de trigger au système MSX-E3701 en fonction de l’angle. Afin d’établir un lien univoque entre la position et la valeur mesurée pour chaque point de mesure, les deux systèmes sont synchronisés entre eux et ils disposent d’un horodateur. Les données acquises sont ensuite transmises à un PC ou à un automate via Ethernet pour être évaluées et pour des tâches de contrôle. Lorsque le seuil de tolérance est dépassé, un signal est transmis à la machine via Ethernet afin d’adapter les paramètres du processus et pour reprendre le frein à disque mesuré.
