Aufgabe

Um den optimalen Ertrag einer Photovoltaik-Anlage zu erzielen, müssen die Panele ideal zur Sonne ausgerichtet sein. Dies bedeutet, dass der Winkel immer wieder nachgeregelt werden muss, um die Sonnenstrahlen bestens einzufangen.

Lösung

Nach der täglichen Betriebsaufnahme wird die Stromaufnahme gemessen und als Referenzwert abgespeichert. Über einen Algorithmus werden Min- und Maxwerte ermittelt. Außerdem wird der Stromwert in Beziehung zur Winkeleinstellung gesetzt. Sobald der Stromwert sich außerhalb der Min-/Maxgrenzen befindet wird die Winkelstellung dementsprechend angepasst. Das Analogeingabesystem MSX-E3021 erfasst die Stromwerte und vergleicht sie mit den Toleranzwerten. Werden diese überschritten, triggert das Zählersystem MSX-E1701, dass die Winkelberechnung und die Motorsteuerung über PWM vorgenommen werden. Das System erfasst außerdem die Werte eines Lichtsensors, um Wolkenbewegungen zu erkennen und nötige Winkelverstellungen der Photovoltaik-Anlage vorzunehmen.
