Surveillance et contrôle intelligents d’un parc photovoltaïque industriel dans le désert

Afin d’atteindre le rendement optimal d’un parc photovoltaïque, les panneaux doivent être parfaitement orientés vers le soleil. Cela signifie que l’angle doit être ajusté en permanence afin de capturer au mieux les rayons du soleil.

Solution

Après la mise en route quotidienne du parc, l’absorption en courant est mesurée et enregistrée en tant que valeur de référence. Les valeurs minimales et maximales sont ensuite déterminées par le biais d’un algorithme. En outre, la valeur du courant est mise en relation avec le réglage angulaire. Dès que la valeur du courant se trouve en dehors des seuils minimal et maximal, l’angle est ajusté en conséquence. Le système d’entrées analogiques MSX-E3021 acquiert les valeurs de courant et les compare avec les valeurs tolérées. Si les valeurs sont hors tolérance, le système envoie un signal de trigger au système de comptage MSX-E1701 exécute l’ajustement en fonction du calcul d’angle effectué et le contrôle du moteur par MLI. Le système acquiert d’autre part les valeurs d’un capteur de lumière afin de reconnaître les mouvements des nuages et d’éviter des réglages angulaires inutiles.
