APCIe-1532 - DAQ PCIe-Karte - Digitale Eingänge/Ausgänge

Die PCI-Express 32 digitale E/A-Karte APCIe-1532 hat 32 digitale Ein-/Ausgänge. Sie ist speziell für die industrielle E/A-Steuerung, z.B. zur Signalschaltung, Ein/Aus-Überwachung von Motoren, Lampen etc., als Interface zu elektromechanischen Relais, für automatische Testeinrichtungen oder als Interface zu Maschinen in rauer Industrie-Umgebung ausgelegt.

Technische Merkmale

Eingänge :

  • 16 optoisolierte Eingänge 24 V inkl. 15 interruptfähige Eingänge
  • Kanal 0 kann als 16-Bit Zählereingang verwendet werden (bis 100 kHz)
  • Verpolungsschutz
  • Alle Eingänge sind gefiltert

Ausgänge :

  • 16 optoisolierte Ausgänge, 11 V bis 36 V
  • Ausgangsstrom pro Kanal 500 mA
  • Summenstrom: 3 A typ. (abgesichert über Kaltleiter)
  • Watchdog zur Rücksetzung der Ausgänge auf "0"
  • Bei Power-On, Rücksetzung der Ausgänge auf “0”
  • Strombegrenzung: ~ 1,5 A pro 8 Kanäle (über PTC)
  • Kurzschlussstrom pro Ausgang ~ 1,5 A typ.
  • Selbstrückstellende Sicherung (elektronische Sicherung)
  • Übertemperatur- und Überspannungsschutz
  • 24 V Leistungsausgänge mit Schutzdioden und Filter
  • Externe 24 V Spannungseinspeisung entstört und gefiltert
  • Shut-Down Logik, wenn die externe Versorgungsspannung unter 7 V absinkt

Timer / Zähler

  • 2 Timer (12-Bit Auflösung)
  • Davon 1 Timer als Watchdog verwendbar
  • 1 Zähler

  • Galvanische Trennung 1000 V
  • Kriechstrecke IEC 61010-1
  • Getrennte Masseleitung für Eingänge und Ausgänge
  • Schutz gegen schnelle Transienten (Burst), Überspannung, elektrostatische Entladung und hochfrequente Störeinstrahlung
