APCI-3016 – DAQ PCI Card – Analog Inputs

The PCI analog input cards APCI-3016 have 16 SE or 8 differential inputs, 16 bit, and 200 kHz throughput. Furthermore, the card is equipped with timer/counter, watchdog and 8 digital I/O, 24 V as well as 24 TTL I/O. It is available in 2 versions: APCI-3010 (12 bit resolution) and APCI-3016 (16-bit resolution).The board is especially suited for applications in the sector of industrial process control, measurement technology and monitoring, for example for multichannel data acquisition, for the control of chemical processes, for the acquisition of sensor data, current measurement etc. in the harsh industrial environment.

  • Gain PGA x1, x2, x5, x10 freely programmable through software for each channel

Analog acquisition

  • Trigger functions:
    – Software trigger or
    – external trigger: the analog acquisition (single or sequence) is started through the signal on digital input 0
    from 0 V to 24 V

24 V digital I/O

  • 24 V digital I/O enable a high interference distance and a long distance between signal transmitter and data acquisition
  • 4 digital inputs, 24 V, optically isolated
  • 4 digital outputs, 24 V, optically isolated
