MSX-EC-3000 – Fieldbus DAQ System – Analog Inputs

EtherCAT is a fieldbus that is suitable for both hard and soft real-time applications. It offers a wide variety of typologies and configuration options. Switches have therefore become superfluous. In order to gain speed, the next frame is received even if the previous one has not yet been fully transmitted. The same principle also applies to transmission. In order to enable precise synchronisation, even though participants in the network can be very far apart, the slave clocks are always synchronised with the master clock.
